    #1 Who are Amarkt?

    We are the social marketplace where customers are able to shop for cosmetics and beauty products online. We operate globally with promotions across all social media and customers in many countries.

  • #2 How do I find the products I want to order?

    You can browse the full catalog of products we have including make up, fragrance, drugstore mens, bath & body, fragrances and many other by pointing your mouse at ‘All Products’ and selecting a category e.g. ‘Hair’

    Alternatively, you can use the ‘Search’ funciton on the top right of your page. Start typing what you’re looking for e.g. ‘hair…’

    And then select from the list of options you see in the autosuggest:

  • #3 How do I order with Amarkt?

    Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, you can select the quantity by using the up or down arrows next to the ‘Quantity’. When you’re ready, just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and the product you’ve selected will be put in your shopping cart.

    When the product is in your shopping cart - you’ll see the following pop-up message:

    You can either proceed to the checkout and payment if you are ready or if you want to shop more you can click on ‘Continue Shopping’

  • #4 How do I find out more about the product/s I want to buy?

    When you are on the product page, you can click on ‘Product Details’ to get more information about the product/s you want to purchase. You can also see if there are any customer reviews left on this page or leave a review yourself.

  • #5 What do I do in my Shopping Cart?

    You can access your Shopping Cart either by clicking the icon next to the search field

    or by clicking ‘Proceed to Checkout’ after you’ve selected a product:

    Once in your Shopping Cart - you can amend the quantity or remove the products in there. You can also enter a promo code if you have one. When you’re ready to finalize your order - click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’

  • #6 How do I finalize my Order?

    After you click to ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will go to the order page. You will have to login or register if you haven’t already done so.

    Then you’ll have to fill in your Address, unless you’ve done so already:

    Select a Shipping Method

    Then proceed to Payment

  • #7 How do I Register on Amarkt?

    There are 3 ways in which you can create an account on Amarkt. Go to the top right hand side of your screen and click on ‘Sign In’

    • Connect with your Facebook account
    • Connect via your Google+ account
    • Register a new account directly on Amarkt by clicking on ‘Create one here’ at the bottom of the below screen.
  • #8 How do I manage my account?

    If you have already registered an account with Amarkt, you can sign in with it at any time and go to your account details by clicking on your name on the top right hand side of the screen:

    Once in your account, you can manage all your settings, add or remove delivery addresses, follow your orders, etc.

  • Payment Terms

    #9 How would I know if you have received my payment?

    Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you a confirmation email with your reference number and tracking instructions. This is prove of payment.

  • #10 What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept most Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, ALIPAY, WeChat Pay and Multibanco. By submitting your order you accept our Terms of Service and are obliged to pay.

  • #11 How secure is my payment?

    We work with secure payment processors and your information is always encrypted and highly secure. We do not share it with any third parties. Please check our Privacy Policy for more information.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    #12 Where do you ship to?

    We are able to ship to any country worldwide. If you have specific questions or concerns, please contact us and we’ll get back to you asap.

  • #13 How long does shipping take?

    We commit to deliver to you on the following terms:

    • To European Union - between 2 - 8 days
    • To the United States 3 - 8 days
    • To Asia 7 - 20 days

    If we are not able to deliver within these times, you might be entitled to a refund according ot our Buyer Protection Policy.

  • #14 Can I qualify for free delivery on any orders?

    All orders are delivered free of charge within the time periods stated above depending on your location.

  • Returns and Refunds Policy

    #15 What refunds am I entitled to?

    As a buyer at Amarkt, you are protected under our Buyer Protection Policy. You will get a full refund if your order is not delivered to you and a partial refund if your order is not as described on the site.

  • #16 How do I know if I’m covered by your Buyer Protection?

    Only buyers who have purchased directly on the amarkt.pt site are covered by Buyer Protection Policy. If you have purchased your item outside the site or through an affiliate, you won’t be covered.
